Kaltgepresstes Bio-Leinöl aus Fairem Handel mit sozialen Projekten.

Leinöl ist sehr gesund und vielseitig verwendbar, sollte jedoch nicht erhitzt werden. Es passt am besten für Salate, kalte Speisen und Quark.

Durch seinen sehr hohen Anteil an Omega-3-Fettsäuren ist Leinöl sehr schmackhaft und hat zudem viele Vorteile für die Gesundheit. So soll es sich positiv auf den Cholesterinspiegel sowie auf das Immunsystem auswirken und gut für die Haut und alle anderen Organe sein. Außerdem werden dem Öl viele weiteren positiven Eigenschaften zugeschrieben.
